1. The service
Nestify is a discovery and communication platform for rental property listings in India. We are not a broker, landlord, tenant, payment processor, escrow service, or party to any rental agreement. We do not collect rent, deposits, or booking payments.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in India.
3. Listings and conduct
You may list only property you are authorized to offer. Content must be accurate, current, lawful, non-discriminatory, and must not infringe another person’s rights. Duplicate, deceptive, unavailable, illegal, or unsafe listings may be restricted or removed.
4. User transactions
Users must independently inspect properties, verify identity and authority, review documents, and obtain professional advice. Any rent, deposit, brokerage, or agreement is arranged directly between users at their own risk.
5. Moderation and availability
We may review, pause, remove, or preserve content where reasonably required for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, tenant leads, occupancy, or the accuracy of user content.
6. Liability and disputes
