Data we process
We process account and authentication data, profile and contact information, listing details and images, canonical location selections, inquiries, saved homes, reports, preferences, consent records, and limited security/operational logs. Google login provides identity data covered by the consent screen.
Why we use it
We use data to provide search, listings, account security, owner-tenant communication, support, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and communications you request or consent to. We do not sell personal data or use property images for unrelated advertising.
Sharing and storage
Data is shared only as needed with other users at your direction, infrastructure and email providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and a successor in a lawful business transfer. Listing images are stored in configured MinIO/S3-compatible storage. Production vendors and any cross-border processing must be documented before launch.
Retention and security
We retain data only for the stated purpose and documented legal, safety, or dispute periods, then delete or anonymize it. We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure cookies, CSRF protection, upload validation, and environment-managed secrets. No service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
From Account Settings you can update information, withdraw marketing consent, download a JSON copy, and permanently delete your account and related data. You may also request access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, or grievance handling by email. Statutory exceptions may apply.
Children and changes
Nestify is not intended for children. We will post material policy changes and seek fresh consent when required.
